A face to face field work starts with the printing of documents or impression of the script in case of CATI method and preparation of the field materials (cart set, pollsters’ badge, etc). |

At the face to face method, field surveillance is applied by supervisors. Then, by phone calls back to participants, a 100% surveillance level can be achievable according to the type of the project. |

For the CATI method, surveillance is accomplished by the record of the phone conversations and listening of 20-25% records during and following the survey. |
